We would like to introduce you to a new web discussion board devoted to fungi in the Rocky Mountains. It's a Yahoo! Group called "RockyMountainFungi" which is dedicated to mushrooms and mushrooming throughout the Rocky Mountain region - from New Mexico to Canada including, but not limited to, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, and Montana.

On RockyMountainFungi we want you to share with us and others information about what kinds of mushrooms you are finding. Include information about the habitat and elevation, a description of your mushroom, the time of year you found it, and any photos you have. Don't forget to include what part of the Rockies you're located in. Also, our discussion board or forum is the place to let others know about events and activities related to mushrooming happening in your area. If you are new to mushrooming, it is also the place to ask questions. We have many members on our forum who will be more than happy to help you.

So come check us out. We're sure you will find this a useful medium for communicating with other like-minded enthusiasts.
